Arina Goat Gouda ia a semi-hard goat’s milk cheese from Holland. It has a smooth, elastic texture with a mild nutty flavor. source

philadelphia cream cheese spread on dried bread… and green olives (really good ones… big, thick pulp, bitter… and making me feel hungry over and over :)) )
Roquefort cheese… love it. eating by small pieces, melting it in the mouth, then a sip of tea :)

all good, except the “brie” cheese…which is a low fat one, took it by mistake, horrible thing. the one that invented it should be punished.
