while in Istanbul, something you should try…a grilled fish sandwich :)
Künefe (recipe) - an amazing freshly prepared warm (hot) Turkish desert… but i would not recommend eating more than half of it at once, cause it’s quite sweet.

Arina Goat Gouda
a friend shared with me this finding of hers…
a type of cheese called Arina (which is my name too) :) - Arina Goat Gouda!

Arina Goat Gouda ia a semi-hard goat’s milk cheese from Holland. It has a smooth, elastic texture with a mild nutty flavor. source
i wanna try it :)
love pomegranates
a common view for Bologna, Italy :)
and a 237 photos album on Picasa
I have many more, here and there on the web, but mostly on an external HD :) I lived in Bologna from September 2007 to August 2009, but didn’t have a so called blog during those times, such that I could have build a “gallery” like I did for Zurich.
the album on Picasa is made of photos from my March 2010 trip to Bologna, I was there for 2 weeks, for my Master thesis defense.
another thing… during those times i was too over-consumed with other stuff and didn’t pay too much attention to food. like, i wasn’t a permanent client of this type of shops, although i would’ve liked to :)
